Kerry-Ann Williamson, B.Sc., RCIC – Managing Director
Kerry-Ann Williamson, is a graduate of Ashton College in Vancouver, British Columbia, where she obtained the Immigration Consulting Diploma with Honours and a wealth of knowledge about the immigration laws of Canada. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies & Accounting and is a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits for British Columbia (Commissioner of Oaths – BC). As a Member in good standing of The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), Ms. Williamson is a licensed and insured Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant who is authorized to represent clients in all Canadian immigration and Canadian visa matters before the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) department, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) and also the Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) department as well as providing the service for clients to give statutory declarations and sworn affidavits or oaths with their immigration case, as applicable. Ms. Williamson enjoys working with people from all cross-sections of society and takes great interest in providing excellent service to clients in need of accessing Canadian immigration advice and assistance.
Jason Williamson, LL.B., Dip. Social Justice – Case Processing and Settlement Officer
As a member of the team at Global Direct Canada, Jason brings hands-on and personal experience to his duties and interaction with clients. Once an international student himself, he is aware of the Canadian immigration process and seeks to guide clients through the sometimes complicated steps of becoming and maintaining their status of either a temporary or permanent resident of Canada. He obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) and later an additional Diploma in Criminal and Social Justice, as he is passionate about the well-being of others and likes the social sciences. Jason believes in transparency and enjoys the challenge of compiling and preparing immigration case files and is very welcoming in assisting with newcomer settlement matters, for clients seeking such a service.
